Linda is a licensed Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with fifteen years of private practice experience providing comprehensive psychiatric services to adults. She earned a Nursing Diploma from New England Baptist Hospital, an associate's degree in Health Care Science from Pine Manor College, and a bachelor's degree in Community Health and Preventative Medicine from Rivier University. Lauren Meehan, PsyD, LCP

Dr. Lauren Meehan is a licensed psychologist who provides brief individual therapy for people struggling with issues such as relational problems, career problems, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, stress management, and personality disorders. She strives to develop an empathic, collaborative relationship with her clients that helps them to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop insight into the way they relate to themselves and others, become more aware of their patterns of behavior, and begin to make meaningful changes in their lives. Dr. Meehan earned her B.A. in Psychology with high honors from Amherst College, and earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral modalities in her clinical work, and she draws from her experience working in community mental health, hospital, school, and private practice settings, with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. She is a member of the NH and American Psychological Associations.

Jennifer Penn is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, who conducts psychiatric assessments and long-term treatment. She provides a combination of medication management and brief solution-focused therapy. She treats adolescents and adults. Her interests include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from the Boston College Connell School of Nursing in 2013. She has held positions at Tara Vista Behavioral Health Center, Devens, Massachusetts, Nashua Children’s Home, Harbor Health Care and Wellness Center, and Foundations Collaborative Care in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Bryan C. Plumb, LICSW, MLADC

Bryan is a master licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor (MLADC) as well as a licensed social worker (LICSW) in the States of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He provides treatment for substance abuse, court-involved and mental health counseling including adjustment, anxiety and depressive disorders He specializes in using cognitive-behavioral therapy for both individuals and groups. Bryan received his bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and his master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. He completed internship at Worcester State Hospital, where he treated obsessive-compulsive disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Bryan has worked for more than twenty years at Habit Opco, Incorporated in Lowell, Massachusetts, a medicated assisted treatment facility specializing in the treatment of opioid and polysubstance dependence. In 2008, Bryan was awarded employee of the year at Habit Opco for his group and individual treatment work with patients as well as for administrative contributions to the organization.
Dawn Varney, MSW, LICSW

Dawn Varney specializes in treating young children and families, from birth through adolescence. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University School of Social Work. She is trained in Infant Parent Mental Health (birth to 5) through a fellowship at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health Practice. She provides Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation for the Early/Head Start program at Southern NH Services, Inc., where she has worked with numerous families and teachers to support young children.
Dawn has been working with children and families for over 20 years. She believes in a strength-based approach when working with families. She works to build relationships between children and their caregivers. She provides practical strategies to support social emotional development and create healing in families. She has experience with challenging behavior, grief and loss, complex family structures, and family trauma.

Valerie has over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Valerie provides treatment for individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, self- esteem, chronic pain and adjustment disorders. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and body awareness to help clients work through and identify their triggers and understanding how they respond in stressful situations rather than reacting can bring about change, awareness and strategy building. Valerie received her Master's in Counseling from Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire.
