Valerie provides treatment for individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, self- esteem, chronic pain and adjustment disorders. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and body awareness to help clients work through and identify their triggers and understanding how they respond in stressful situations rather than reacting can bring about change, awareness and strategy building. Valerie received her Master's in Counseling from Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire.
