Karen Meteyer, Ph.D. Dr. Meteyer earned her B.A. in psychology with high honors from Dartmouth College. She completed her master's and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. Her areas of specialization include individual and family therapy with children, adolescents and adults. Her work has been published in several journals including Fathering and Family Relations. Dr. Meteyer's professional background includes working with families at the Yale Child Study Center. She completed her clinical internship at the State University of New York Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, NY and her post-doctoral work at the Greater Binghamton Health Center. She is a licensed Psychologist in the State of New Hampshire. Clinical Specialties Psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults and families. Treatment of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, as well as psychological evaluations and assessments for children with behavioral disorders, attention deficit disorders, and learning disabilities. Proficient in parenting skills training.
