Dr. Chapman received his bachelor's degree with distinction from University of Wisconsin-Madison and his medical doctorate from University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where he was a Clinical Fellow in both Psychiatry and Internal Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and psychiatry. Dr. Chapman has held positions in independent medical practice with Catholic Medical Center, the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, and the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center of Manchester, NH. In addition he has served as Preceptor for the Physician Assistant's program at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Manchester, NH and as a Clinical Associate and Instructor in Psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School.
